Welcome to TradeVYZR. By accessing or using our platform at tradevyzr.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
TradeVYZR provides financial analysis tools including stock screening, backtesting, trade tracking, strategy editing, and related analytics features. The Service is a software tool — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

TradeVYZR owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your own data, including your strategies, trade records, and configurations. By using the Service, you grant TradeVYZR a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The TradeVYZR Marketplace allows users to buy and sell trading strategies. Sellers grant buyers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased strategies within the platform. TradeVYZR does not guarantee the performance or accuracy of marketplace strategies.
TradeVYZR is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service provides analytical tools only. All information and analysis provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVYZR and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data and analytics will be accurate or complete.
Market data, signals, and analytics provided through the Service are derived from third-party sources and proprietary calculations. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making trading decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
